Connectra 620 Self-Contained (SC)
Butt Fusion Machine

The 620SC butt fusion machine fuses large pipe with ease. Its centerline fusion force handles a wide range of polyethylene pipe sizes of IPS, metric and DIPS as well as polyvalves, flanges and mitered elbows, and its variable joining speeds accommodate many PE pipe brands. The unit’s dual hydraulic pipe lifters assist in pipe handling, and a pivoting, lightweight heater attaches to the joining assembly – taking the load off of the operator. A versatile clamping assembly, easy-to-use facer, and a rugged mobile cart round out the unit. Centralized controls make the 620SC easy to learn and operate. Expect low maintenance costs and a rapid return on your investment in the 620SC.

The 314 EP is one of the most versatile electric machines on the market today. Its sturdy rectangular frame design provides a rigid and safe fusion platform from which it can handle most fittings, including the fabrication of 12 inch elbows. Its carriage assembly is powered by an electrically driven hydraulic system with a proprietary manifold and gear pump for high reliability. The 314EP is easy to learn and operate.
